Smell is sulfur-y at first, a bit of sweet grassiness and light grainy notes. Mild honeyed malt and bright, bready notes also coming out slightly.

passionfruit, lemon juice and grenadine

spiced agave syrup, reposado tequila, cointreau and freshly pressed lime juice.

Served straight up with a half chilli salt rim and garnished with a lime wheel and twist of black pepper

raspberries shaken with ketel one vodka, gekkeikan sake, crème de framboise, finished with lemongrass syrup and lemon juice
